From there you can tell Plex to look where you move the files and it'll automatically pick them up.
Sickbeard can automatically download TV shows after they air, wait til they're complete, copy/move them & rename them all at the same time. Makemkv and handbrake for DVDs alone, possibly Blu-rays, but I personally don't go that route so I'm not really one to ask.
